Week 6: Materials for rough in start arriving

I realize this is one whole week late... I've been pre-occupied with the sale of our current townhome. Even in a buyers market we got full asking price and are paying nothing extra. We had a home inspection and I have been worried (this is a loophole for the buyer to back out) even though i know the buyer is very excited just want to dot the i's and cross the t's.

Well not much happened from the last time. I going back out there today to see what else changed. I will post in a few hours the results... Make sure you check back to see.
