Wk 4: The slab has been poured...

With the slab poured all that needs to be done before framing is to tension the slab and remove all supporting material. They should start framing soon too.

Wk 2: The digging begins...

This week they dug trencehes for the sewage and water main. Look at the view from the back yard below.....

Week 1: Layout markers and lot

I know it does not look like much but this week, they simply laid out the markers and laid out our lot. 55'x105' (5775 sq ft) Smallish lot.. Just perfect for hot tub for the adults... swing set for the kiddies... and a BBQ for DAD. Oh and the grass for the dog?
 

PRE Construction

Wow... It seemed like it took forever before construction. We signed Feb, 21 2006 and Queen Creek didn't release our permits for 2 months!!! I had a sit down with Robert Pina my construction super, and we are expected to be done early to mid november. 115 business days. I can't wait. Let's see if they mess anything up...
